These general rules apply when you as a consumer (below stated as "you") make purchases on, and uses the website theHORSElet.com and other sites connected (below stated "the website"). The terms make an agreement between you and PS of Sweden AB, VAT no SE556859458301 (below stated as "PS of Sweden", "we"). By making a purchase and using this website you accept these terms and conditions.

PS of Sweden can not be held responsible for any circumstances we can't affect. We follow the Swedish laws Distans- och hemförsäljningslagen (2005:59).

PRICING

All prices are in the chosen currency available for your country and sold taxes included. We reserve us for any price adjustments, law changes and obvious typing errors. Any eventual discount codes can not be combined with products that are already reduced in price or are newly released. The lowest price applicable will apply automatically.

PAYMENT

We offer different local payment options depending on your location. All of our payments are handled by Adyen (https://www.adyen.com/) that has the highest PCI standard applied.

We offer among other things; VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Klarna, PayPal and Swish.

If you are under 18 years old, you need a guardian’s approval for your purchase.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

IMPORTANT: All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Customs and duty fees are not included in your The Horselet order and/or shipping total. The Horselet is not responsible for fees associated with import. All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient. Orders shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) and unclaimed or refused by customers will be destroyed by the carrier or sent back to us. The Horselet does not issue refunds as a result of unpaid DDU fees. If you have questions about shipping to your country, please contact customer service.

We offer different local shipping options depending on your location. We offer among other things; DHL and UPS.

Shipping cost:

Sweden: 69 SEK

Europe: Access point €18/£18, Home Delivery €25/£25

US: $29

Rest of World: $35/€35

Please note the importance of entering the correct email address and phone number. Failure to do so means that you will not receive necessary information about your order. Packages that are not picked up will be returned to us. Your order will then be refunded except for €/£/$ 35 per unclaimed package.

To the extent it is possible we try to use environmentally friendly and recycled materials for our packages.

You will receive an order confirmation via email once your order is placed. Once your order is sent you will receive another notification with a tracking number. When your package is ready to collect at the nearest pick-up point, you will receive another email or text message. Please make sure you provide accurate contact information to be able to receive these updates for your order.

DELIVERY TIME

We ship out all packages within 3-7 business days after the order has been placed, and depending on where you live, you will get the delivery approximately 1-3 business days after the order left our warehouse. That is in total around 4 - 10 business days. We’re usually superfast with sending your package. During campaigns and/or product releases the delivery time may be longer.

We reserve us for products running out of stock. This will not be noticed and your order will be shipped out to you without this product. Sold out products will never be restocked.

CHANGES & RETURNS

When making a purchase on our website you have 14 days to regret your order according to Swedish law. You then have to announce your regret within 14 days from that you have received your order. There are no regrets on products that are made personally or according to specific wishes from you. No return and no guarantees are provided on products marked as "Second assortment".

If you wish to return or change your product you need to include receipt, order confirmation, invoice or waybill to prove that the purchase has been made with us. Keep in mind that the product/s returned must be able to sell again and therefore be 100% clean, in original condition, with tags, velcro, plastic, and other shipping items intact. No rests from dust, food, hair can be left on the product. Keep this in mind when trying your new product, so that you can make a change or return if needed.

All returns must be sent packed and well protected the same way as delivered.

If used products are returned, The Horselet has the right to withdraw an amount corresponding to the product's lack of value compared to when new, in those cases when you have used and/or handled the product more than needed or in a careless way. You will be refunded minus the value deduction according to Swedish law. It can be up to 100% in the case the product no longer can be sold.

If you want the product back, you will stand for the shipping cost.

When using the right to regret you will pay the return shipping cost and be responsible for the product/s condition starting once receiving the product/s until they are back with us. The product must be shipped within 14 days from when you noticed your return to The Horselet.

The Horselet reserves the right to deny a complaint if the product shows no faults according to Swedish law. For product complaints, we follow the guidelines from the Swedish general complaints board (WWW.ARN.SE).

For returns, your money will be paid back using the same payment method as when you made your purchase. We normally pay the money back within 14 days from receiving the returned product/s. We claim the right to hold the money until the return has arrived at our warehouse. Keep in mind that you are the one responsible for the return that arrives at us.

Keep in mind that leather is a natural material meaning it has more or less structure in its looks. These kinds of differences are not considered defection hence no reason for complaint or return.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

For packages that are unclaimed and sent back a fee of €35 will be added to cover additional shipping, packing and handling costs.

SECOND ASSORTMENT & OUTGOING MODELS

No guarantees are given on these products and no returns and refunds are available.

OTHER

The Horselet cannot be held responsible for any accidents or similar that may happen where our products have been used. Keep in mind that leather is a natural material meaning it has more or less structure in its looks and that two products may slightly vary. Also keep in mind that leather is a material that can leave color marks on saddle pads, breeches, etc. 

Beads, crystals and other embellishments on browbands, for example, are only for show. These embellishments are fragile and if they break or fall off they are not a cause for complaints.

We are happy to advise you about choosing the right size, however, we can’t guarantee a perfect fit. 

Note that colors on textiles and garments can be experienced differently on different screens and when photographed in different light.

FORCE MAJEURE

In the event of war, natural disasters, labor market battles, decisions by the authorities, non-deliveries from subcontractors, costly circumstances, and thus a comparable event beyond our control which could not reasonably be foreseen, affecting entered into agreements and commitments on our part, and which causes us to if not able to keep the said agreement/commitment, such event shall form the basis for The Horselet being released from our obligations to fulfill the said agreement.
